Hierarchical DECOmposition of Entropy for Categorical Map Comparisons CRAN Task View: Spatial (http://CRAN.R-project.org/view=Spatial) A flexible and hierarchical framework for comparing categorical map composition and configuration (spatial pattern) along spatial, thematic, or external grouping variables.
