Gradient Boosted Regression Trees with Errors-in-Variables CRAN Task View: MachineLearning (http://CRAN.R-project.org/view=MachineLearning) This package performs non-parametric regression when covariates are measured with error. The models are estimated using gradient boosted regression trees.
