These are the RPMs distributed with Fedora. You can access them using yum.

They may be signed by Martyn Plummer <plummer@iarc.fr> instead of the
Fedora project. To allow for this, you must add the GPG key (ID 97D3544E)
to the RPM database.

The key is available from all good public key servers, e.g. wwwkeys.pgp.net
